Terms And Conditions

  1. All bookings must be paid 48 hours before the 8-week term starts. If booking is not paid, we reserve the right to offer that space to someone else
  2. All pupils must wear appropriate swim attire and supply their own swim hats and goggles.
  3. All pupils under 8 must have an adult present (18+) in the vicinity of the pool for the full time of their lesson.
  4. If parents wish to speak to Susan, she can be contactable by phone or email.
  5. Unfortunately, as lessons run back-to-back it is not possible to have discussions at poolside.
  6. Aqua Sharks closes in line with most of the school holiday periods, due to this it is not possible for us to reduce prices on an 8-week term if you are taking your holidays within term time.
  7. Aqua Sharks respectfully request that you trust our professional judgement, consider our advice and work with us to continually progress your child(ren) We ask that you encourage your child(ren)to obey the rules and teach them that they can only do their best. We also ask as a parent/guardian that you treat all staff members and other parents/guardians with due respect inaccordance with the STA commitment to equality and diversity.
  8. Contact and Medical forms must be filled in prior to term starting.
  9. If for any reason Aqua sharks has to cancel your class you will be offered the opportunity to attend another class instead. If no classes are suitable you will be offered a credit onto your account.
  10. All lessons are subject to availability and are available on a first come-first served basis.
  11. All certificates and badges that your child(ren) achieve are given out free of charge. 

Aqua Sharks works in accordance with the STA International Learn to Swim programme and is a swim star accredited swim school.
