Aqua Sharks is owned by Susan Pollock,
I am a fully qualified swim teacher with the STA (swimming teachers association). With over 6 years’ experience in teaching, and 11 years being a mum I realised there was a lack of easy to access swimming tuition for school-aged children therefore Aqua Sharks became a reality.
Aqua Sharks is a private-family run business and during your time with us we want your child to feel welcome and nurtured as if they were one of our own..

We take a child led approach to our lessons which enables your child to gain confidence in the pool and most of all have fun.
Fully Qualified staff
We are fully qualified swim instructors with the STA (swimming teachers association) or Scottish Swimming. Our training is always on-going

We recognise that pupils learn to swim at different ages and progress at varying paces, so therefore we try to group pupils together in age and experience to work towards there award.

We Believe everyone can enjoy swimming
Here at Aqua Sharks our aim is to teach you or your child to swim confidently and safely using our own Aqua Sharks Learn to Swim Programme. We are immensely proud of our qualifications which bring in recognition for confidence as well as completing swim strokes.
